Air Resistance Ski Machine

The Fan Resistance Air Ski Machine is designed to replicate the powerful double-poling motion of Nordic skiing, providing an effective full-body cardio and conditioning workout.

The air resistance system responds to your effort — the harder you pull, the greater the resistance. With 10 adjustable resistance levels, users can easily customise the intensity of their workout.

The dual independent handles engage the arms, shoulders, back and core, while the stable floor-mounted design provides a solid platform for high-intensity training. The built-in digital monitor helps track key workout information, making it suitable for cardio, endurance and functional fitness training.
